A very polite woman answered the phone and scheduled the locksmith. My keys were locked in my car. She said the locksmith would be at my location in an hour. Unfortunately, there was a traffic jam that day so it took him 2 hours to get to me. But once he arrived, Miguel was very pleasant, professional, and efficient at his job. He retrieved my car keys quickly. If it weren't for the extra hour delay, I'd rate them 5/5 stars. If I need a locksmith again, I'll definitely call Anderson Lock & Safe.
